Good company for breaking into the industry for new drivers

Cons

After a year of full time employment and no incidents , goid driving record/history, I got stuck with "quite while under dispatch" on my record(it's still there2018) even though they force dispatch!!! Do not recommend!!!

Pros

The paychecks don not bounce.

Cons

No or infrequent raises. No bonuses. The family insurance is very expensive. The 401(k) match is a joke. Only 6 paid holidays. Low vacation time. The negative reviews here appear to have one thing in common, and that is management issues. The problems at this company start at the top and roll right down to the bottom, sucking the moral out of everyone along the way. The constant preaching about how important the drivers are is a joke. Their pay is horrible and they struggle to get miles. Work here as a last resort. For the office, I wouldn't plan a career here as there is limited room for advancement (unless you know someone) as well as the hire and layoff cycles. For drivers, get some miles under your belt then look for a company that will pay you what you're worth.
