Pros

Equipment is decent, benefits are available, dispatch is easy to get in touch with, hometime is easily scheduled

Cons

Miles are irregular and not stable, taking hometime has a huge impact on pay, poor pre-planning of follow-up loads, detention pay issues, short length of haul, relatively high amount of live loads and unloads (for a mega carrier), pay maxes out after 2 years
