Pros

No reasons to work there!!!!! Absolutely the worst company to work for as a OTR driver!!!!!

Was working there for half a year as a new driver just out of driving school. Was over the road. Got paid broke down 0.32 cents a mile for all the loads under 500 miles. Any other load over 500 miles got 0.17 cents a mile!!!! What a joke!!! Didn't know any better so kept on going. Was in and out of Texas up to 3 times a week and only got paid 0.17 cents a mile....that was $400 a week!!!!! Hated it!!!! God awful fleet managers! Company don't give a fan about drivers! Horrible!!! Do not work for this company!!!! It is owned by former truck driver....and that's what is sad about it....cuz you would think you would be cared for...but you ain't!!!! Never!!! Now I'm working for Transport America. The best job ever!!!! Love love love!!!! Paychecks are anywhere from $800- $1300 a week!!!!! Not no broke down $400!!! If you are looking for a job....this company really cares about its drivers ....pays good and great benefits!!!!!

Pros

Been here 3 years and hope to retire from here. I work hard and get plenty of miles and like my Fleet Manager. This company DOES care and really listens to it's drivers to help them improve.

Cons

Getting used to being out on the road was hard at first, but now I get to see everything.

Bad computer system for background checking did not work had to supply letters to us express from 2 states cause there system did not work clearing me for job. Was told that they carried a pet policy, and told to bring clothes for over the road and animal and would be teamed up with a driver that was OK with pets. Upon getting the job situation was reversed after a week long headache of an orientation and slow mismanaged communication with orientation staff. I received the job only to find out they lied to me and wasted 4 weeks of my time with my animal and included hat she needed to be dewclawed ect. After then finding out i was lied to and had to drive home and that i just wasted my time, driver cordinator called me and i turned down there job after a horrible exp with the orientation and the recruiting staff seemingly saying what ever it takes to get a bonus i do not recommend this company to any first time drivers or experienced drivers everyone in class was highly irritated by the whole ordeal
