Pros

The company has potential, no doubt, and some seriously talented employees. The pay is ok and the hours are good if they would stop changing them.

Cons

It's frustrating because it feels like the whole place is run by people who just don't get it. They talk a big game, but when it comes down to it, they don't really understand what we're dealing with day-to-day. My manager? Ugh, they're all about power moves and taking credit for our hard work, instead of actually supporting us or trying to connect with us. And don't even get me started on the constant changes—we barely have time to catch our breath before the next one hits. There's no clear leadership, just a lot of empty reassurances that everything's fine. But let's be real, it's hard to feel secure in a job when the changes being made don't even seem to make sense.

Pros

Working from the comfort of your home while being able to help get reliable truckers on the road. Great insurance, beautiful office, great coworkers.

Cons

Hostile Managers. There were a lot of changes made, and this included changing rules to cover themselves from being reprimanded. When you ask for assistance, the chances of your manager becoming hostile were great... which meant your work load either became extreme or you were consistently harassed which prevented you from completing your workload and then becoming reprimanded for it. HR? Useless... you could make a report and you would be told that it was your fault and you should be fired OR they would never take the claims seriously. Managers talking behind employees back to other employees and spreading misinformation. Not being able to take breaks without being harassed or everyone being told that you're not working.

Pros

Solid pay, lots of time off, easy job overall

Cons

Management is sort of like a clique so they’re all friends with each other and protect one another. Also there is little to no chance of advancement if you don’t befriend them. And if you are a woman you will never be respected by them and will even have them outright disrespect you to the others.
