Flexible schedule, great work environment, good people, excellent experience

Cons

Work with employees more to better understand the business as a whole. I.E. Teach operations to financial staff and vice versa to understand how everything intertwines with each other and see the correlation.

Good stability and lots of options. Not great pay, but not bad either.. middle road. Decent. Excellent equipment. Good freight.

Cons

About what you'd expect from any big company. Communication is iffy. Lots of changes and transitions which make the communication even more of a circus.
