Overall A Decent Place To Work

Pros

I have a great shift...I work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The hours are long (14 hours) but it's worth it for me to have 4 days off with my family.

Cons

Very high stress job but as long as you don't take it personally, then it's not that bad.

Overall poor, with a handful of decent people.

Pros

They try to keep you moving, and with the right dispatcher you the only time you don't move is when you need time off, or ask for a day to recoup. Pay is a bit better than standards elsewhere.

Cons

The level of respect toward the drivers is absolutely non-existant. Trying to get someone to answer the phone at anytime of day is a hassle, and it's worse if you need your dispatch to give you information on a current load or pre-assigned load. On average wait time of 30 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes.
