      They kept me busy enough that i was able to put 6K in the bank in 7months, after having $3300 a month in personal bills

      Pros

      personable, always got home ontime or a day early. Was able to keep running to make good $$. I was avg. $1300 a week net.

      Cons

      driver managers should have a voice mail so drivers can leave a message that could be seen on the AS400 by the driver managers, in such cases there driver tech's are down or not working or if needed to talk to them asap.

      They hire new drivers. No experience required.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management and difficult to get callbacks from training coordinators They seem to be in chaos. Trainers are not readily available and some are actually uncooperative -- they don't want to train.

      Well, I started with Arnold who decided to transfer a bunch of us over to US without informing us about it. The pay sucks. They like to leave drivers stranded with no money or way to take care of his family. Extorts money from drivers if their routing not followed. They do not listen to what the driver has to say and would prefer to argue instead of thinking about what the driver has to say. They have 2 orientations a week at several terminals.This should tell you a little about their turn over rate. It's like a revolving door. They are like swift with a trainee training a trainee. Not very safe in my opinion.
