Pros

new equipment, above average pay for truckload, good benefits, short orientation, good miles, terminals well maintained, on board gps

Cons

difficult to get fm on phone, slow sending next job info,poor communications with fm(not always truthful with co. intentions)

Pros

Generally the salary is good and somewhat comparable. There is some on the job training.

Cons

A department can keep you from transfering which can have a significant impact if your looking to advance within the company. The management style is very micro managed and the work enviroment is highly stressful/tense. Management approaches change periodically from process driven to results driven and back to process driven. This often times leaves employees feeling disconnected, confused, and frustrated.
