Pros

Money is good, great place to go if you want to establish a wall st career. Many opportunities to move globally, as there are hub offices in London, Stamford, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo

Cons

hours, stress (particularly now) its a tough environment for anyone. They do have a really issue in promotion if you arent in the GTP

Pros

great work/life balance, elaborate Christmas parties

Cons

Billion dollar profits each year, but no vision (medical benefit) & 1% raises if they have a good year (if they have a bad year, like this year, we can probably anticipate no bonus and no raise). Pay scale is horrible compared to other companies. They take advantage of good employees who have been with the company for a long time. No incentive programs. They make home office employees pay for parking each month ($40/month).
