Sounds good. Some specialty areas are good. Many people who want to make a difference

Cons

Leadership turnover -- at Executive level (80% turnover in last two years and some repeat roles have turnover in less time than that). Lack of direction- top leadership is in the clouds, do not understand day to day struggles, nor do they seem to care. They care about how they look. *especially CEO

Culture: High School leadership mentality. Popular front line is diverse (Forbes rating) leadership not do much. DEI is a joke no independent thought, lots of directors lacking basic leadership fundamentals. No accountability for leadership lack of leadership and budget management.
