Great if you love structure, not so great if you want to be an individual

Good vacation / sick leave, some elements of the job are interesting

Cons

Doesn't matter how good you are you will not be promoted without time served and even then expect a additional year for them to actually fill out the paperwork. If you hae discrimination issues like I did, most likely you will have to go through a long proccess of filing apeals only for nothing to actualy change.
