Pros

There are no significant pros.

Cons

UCLA Health primary care network can't retain physicians because the working conditions are abysmal. Clinics are disorganized and there is a lack of support from staff. As a physician, you will be required to do everything, including administer in-clinic medications, because UCLA refuses to hire RNs (they cost too much). Because of the downturn in patient volume due to COVID-19, many physicians are now having to pay back thousands of dollars because of lost productivity. The UCLA Health primary care division knows that they can easily replace physicians, and we are treated as such.
