      Good Compensation and benefit; The hours were flexible; The people that you work with will generally be understanding of your needs.

      Cons

      Too much stress and politics. Work was very fast paced and repetitive. Work often left no time for breaks due to the constant flow of support request.

      As a contractor, they don't really give you time to find a new job. They tell you that they may consider extending your contract and then they let you go at the last minute.
