Manager had no people skills. You're on your own, don't expect support when issues come up.

Pros

I love the people I work with.

Cons

The work culture at UC is very fast paced. For most RNs, this can be very unsafe. They push people out to make room for ones coming in. Often times, we would get very sick and very inappropriate patients that our staffing ratios just cannot support.
