      Pros

      Understanding and patient management team. Nice clean environment, opportunity for growth, wonderful benefits package.

      Cons

      It would be nice if there was more flexibility in hours and shifts. It would be nice if there were more access to Affordable parking.

      Extremely talented and dedicated physicians who have quite a bit to offer their patients.

      Cons

      Hospital Administration is too focused on the all mighty dollar and has no interest in quality of care. Hospital and operating rooms are filthy and the Administration is not interested in improving quality of care or taking feedback.
