      It's a job and they pay you.

      Cons

      The so-called leadership neither leads nor inspires. They chase donor money to build but leave the structures empty. The iron law of oligarchy applies, they care nothing about the institution, only about their position within it, and when the institution fails they simply move on to another one with the intent of destroying it.
