      Pros

      Consultants are fun to work with and immediately welcome you into the team. Management truly listens and has made big changes to 401k to allow you to participate right away, great matching and increased PTO to continue to add to work/life balance. Everyone is genuine and accepting. You always feel you can be yourself. It's still a small consulting firm and definitely growing. Working here is a great opportunity if you want to make an impact on the business and the client projects where you're highly visible and recognized not just a small fish in a big pond.

      Cons

      none that aren't the norm of a small company that is growing.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the people that I work with each day and the work that I am doing. In the technical space a lot of the projects we are winning are cutting edge, so it's exciting to be available for a company's growth!

      Cons

      We have great leadership here, but because we are growing, sometimes I wish there was middle management to go to with questions or discuss tasks. Our leadership sometimes seems to be stretched a little thin.
