      Pros

      Management team is available, open and interested in feedback. Great culture with performance based rewards, fun activities and casual environment. Supportive of work/life balance, provides me with the flexibility to manage my life and my responsibilities at work. Feel like I have an opportunity to impact the business and my contribution matters.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as to be expected with an organization that is making investments in the business. Competing priorities, evolving roles and changing environment makes communication key.

      Great environment, the other recruiters were extremely friendly!

      Cons

      I only worked there for 2 months and then I was fired because I "didn't get." From what some of the employees with longer tenure told me, that is the fate of a lot of recruiters and "just the industry norm." It was very disheartening and a little upsetting that none of this was brought up during my interview process (I did ask about turnover) and the fact that (from what I was told) over 15 others were let go the year before!

      Pros

      Wahid and Joanna are amazing! Wahid found 3 possible fits for me, right off the bat. We narrowed it down to the firm that offered a mission I could be passionate about, and then they both worked, sometimes every day, to prepare me for the interview process, and organization culture. They asked perceptive questions to make sure this was a good fit for me and my career. I'm already working to introduce them to friends and colleagues

      I wish I had met them sooner in the search process!
