      Pros

      The recruiter that took me on at UDig, George Sirris, seemed to be more enthusiastic about getting me employed than I was. I was very nervous about transitioning into the civilian workforce after being in the military for almost all of my adult life but George handled it 'like a Boss!!!' His approach made me feel if I was the only person that he worked with from 9 to 5 each day. UDig made finding employment less like a draining task and more like a exciting opportunity that I was grateful to have received. UDig had me suited up and meeting with company executives within a week of our first phone interview!!!!

      Cons

      The only downfall to my experience with UDig is that I am not working with those guys permanently.

      Pros

      It is a very relaxed but serious environment. The team is small, but fun to be around. No two days are the same. The people that I worked with were team players and all-around good people.

      Cons

      Currently I am between contracts, however UDig stays in constant contact and keeps me updated about any new opportunities. It's the only downside to contract work.

      Pros

      My contract-to-hire experience with UDig has been wonderful and I am impressed with how UDig makes the whole process painless. My recruiter was professional and supported me from getting me an interview at a great company through transitioning from a contractor to a full time employee. In a competitive job market, UDig gives you an edge over other candidates because of their reputation as a respectable recruiting company.

      Cons

      My only wish is that UDig provided their services for all staffing needs. Then I would recommend UDig to all of my friends.
