      I've worked for several regional and global consulting firms. I joined UDig because it's a place where I can truly have an impact within my team, the organization, and the great community. Leaders are transparent, open to new ideas, and empower team members to make a difference.

      Cons

      Perhaps less formal services and programs than what you might find at a large, global, public organization, but the resources and investments UDig offers have met my needs.
