DTO. Pretty good benefits. Pension. Good environment. Work from home flexibility. Flexible schedule. Diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other like companies in the area. Management can seem clueless on employees needs. Expectations are sometimes unrealistic. Yearly Smart Goals are also unreasonable.

Management is horrendous. They lack in employee support, they lack in a clear direction for the company, and they lack a hell of a lot of transparency. Shady.
