Pros

Ultimate believes in putting people first and it shows, and not just in our fantastic benefits. We live to do the right thing everyday, for our teams and our customers. Ultimate is in a state of constant evolution in our product and in our service, always pushing for the next big goal, never settling for second best. We are encouraged to dream big and have fun while working hard. What can be better than that? Ultimate invests in employees no matter what role you are in and wants to see you achieve your personal goals. We have a focus on cultivating our talent and ensuring that employees are going to be successful as they move through their careers. I've worked at other companies in the industry, and honestly can't imagine working at any other company. Ultimate is my home and my family. I'm proud to be an UltiPeep!

Cons

I happen to love the challenge of hard work and rapid growth though at time it can be difficult to maintain experience and tenure in roles due to all of the new positions that people are afforded the opportunity to seek out.

Pros

The company executives value the people who work there. They show they care by how they take care of the employees. Fully employer paid healthcare benefits is the best evidence. Small things like an ice cream truck that visits and hands out free ice cream every month is another example. Managers are flexible and work with employees. The work is challenging and never boring.

Cons

Fast changing environment, not a place for people who want things to stay the same forever. If you're in a customer-facing role, you may not be able to take time off during the December-January time frame because that's year-end in the payroll world and all hands on deck are needed.
