      Pros

      I love the opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization. The work is challenging which is great for your resume, but I don't plan on leaving. The company encourages its employees to go for their goals and transfer to other departments or locations. They reward employees and keep the work environment fun for employees and customers.

      Cons

      No cons as long as you're willing to work hard.

      Great Benefits and Great Culture. They are always looking for ways to improve the company. There is great potential for growth and invest a lost in employees.

      Cons

      None that I can think of - they take care of their employees and in turn we take care of the company.
