The Best Hospital to work for in West Texas

Team work in every area, the Nursing staff is allowed to Self schedule, There is a yearly Christmas Bonus that equals about the amount of a bi-weekly check, it is a Teaching Hospital associated with Texas Tech University, the Residents/Physicians are friendly and do not have Big Egos, Compassion through out the hospital, Offer health incentives, Upper management really values how employees feel about their work environment yearly reviews, incentive to continue education along with tuition reimbursment
