Nice facility, semi helpful coworkers, good organization, great benefits, continuing educational credit opportunities, Level I trauma center

Cons

coworkers not helpful and set you up to fail I beleive. Most proceedures were not layed out, as an employer does not keep agreements/promises, hard place to be the new employee...

Good job, fun, lots of learning opportunities, lots of exposure, lots of different experiences in Med/Surg floors, ICUs, Cancer Center, and Emergency Center

Cons

don't always know everyone on different units, anything with West in the name of the floor, doing grunt work, getting crappy assignments because you aren't well-known
