Pros

Decent pay, manager was great. They truly care about their patients and want to make a difference for them.

Cons

Bad hours-they consider you part time but will be working overtime constantly. Staff is not the best. Not the best management. Float staff for management is always the immediate problem and not full time staff. They run all over their float staff on a daily basis.
