      Sexual harassment, inaction by management, harrassment, bullying, inconsistent hours, frequently cancelled shifts the day of or called with less than an hours notice requesting you to fill a shift, not a safe work environment, ruled to be a hostile work environment by HR

      Good place to work but no opportunity for growth

      Pros

      UNC has a great benefit package and also offers great discounts.

      Cons

      UNC has a lot of open positions but it seems the word is everyone applies for advancement or change in environment and no one hears back from HR. The system is growing but the staff is not growing at the same rate.

      Pros

      I work with some of the nicest people I have ever worked with my entire career. My building is off campus and parking is easy.

      Cons

      It is very difficult for administrative professionals to move ahead and get promoted at UNC Health Care. They is no system in place to move up the ladder.
