Pros
The benefits are pretty good: vision, dental, health insurance, life insurance, flex spend accounts. That is really the only pro for this company.
Cons
If you don't fit within the company's "health" requirements you pay almost double or triple more for your insurance than other people. Archaic Linux based system that creates a lot of time consuming tasks to get even basic information. The sales team constantly gets customers to sign contracts for things that literally cannot be done due to the scripting limitations of the system because they never check with the team that actually does the work. Constantly needing to find band-aid fixes to try and meet unrealistic demands. Upper and senior management never listen to the hard workers when we caution against blatant profit-losing opportunities, then complain that we are losing margin. Management seem to only be looking for "yes"-men and do not care for accuracy, or due diligence. Overtime is almost mandatory, but at the same time you can't go over 4 hours in a pay period. So how are you supposed to finish 60 hours of work in 40 hours with only a 4 hour overtime limit?
