I couldn't find anything positive about this company and should have walked out of the interview when they couldn't answer what the culture was like. The icing on the cake was when one of them asked what my weakness was.

Cons

I would stay away from this company. The people seem very unhappy. It was a dead end job and everyone is secretly looking for a new place to work. The culture would be better at a maximum security prison. Management is the worst. Very lazy. Too much dysfunction.

-Flexible schedule for SOME workers (myself included), ability to work from home -Discounts on cases of organic food -Fruits/samples occasionally available -Overall, decent coworkers

Cons

-Awful senior leadership with frequent organizational changes -Low pay, long hours can be expected -Extremely inefficient, outdated processes and systems create havoc and stress for everyone -Typical generic corporate environment - the company has long forgotten why it started in the first place

Pros

Great health, dental and vision benefits. Was a great company to work for prior to 2013. The job itself was rewarding but the company policies became to much to deal with.

Cons

Attendance policy is unfair, 10 points in a calendar year is ridiculous. 2 points for a Monday, 1 point for any other day. Not allowed to be late, they don't accept being late due to accidents, breakdowns etc. Only allowed 3 doctors not in a rolling calendar year. Not a company to work for if you have children under the age of 12.
