No communication from leaders, no direction where the company, the services, the jobs are going New leaders have lost companies' values, environment importance, No value in employee or opinions, forced dismissal

Exceptionally high turn over rate, venomous management, negative atmosphere , very few people take responsibility for their own mistakes, head of the company is very temperamental could be bipolar

There is an overall relaxed atmosphere in the region office. Dress code is casual - with an obvious adjustment for customers and/or vendor meetings.

Cons

Too many politics in the office with a focus on "who you know" or where you are from within the company. Favoritism is definitely a factor without regard to actual experience and knowledge. It creates an overall bad morale for the teams
