      Pros

      Being on the front line of the Food Retail business and being successful with account management and development.

      Cons

      The company lied about the opportunity with the company when you were hired. The company never intended to keep the sales force covering the Shop n Save transition from KeHE and mislead everybody about the future and direction of the company. UNFI purchased the Supervalue warehouse system that we were using to cover the Shop n Save network. We were just USED as a bridge to cover the gap until the transition was completed a year later then released.

      The benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      Very poor management. Hardly any training at all. Very unorganized. Had to learn by asking a lot of questions and you typically got different answers based on who you asked. Always held accountable whether you had training or not. Supervisors very unprofessional frequenly used profanity as there every day language. Very high turnover, no consistancy at all and Management/Supervisors showed extreme favoritism. I definalty would not recommend.

      Pros

      Insurance benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Pay severely reduced if you make dispatchers mad. The dispatchers will also lie to you about routes to get tou to take them.They will run you to death because they are losing so many people. Company buyout is a mess. Noone knows rules and they contradict everything they tell you.
