Great Benefits and Work Hours.

Cons

Scheduling could be improved with floater pharmacists and more advanced notice. Management would also benefit from working at store level from time to time.

Pros

Flex time is really good, 401k is fairly good and company provides an industry level standard match. Very community minded company due to the efforts of active groups. Get an associate discount of 10% in the SVU stores.

Cons

No career growth, No Training opportunities if it involves Travel, No Financial upside as raises are very small and do not even amount to cover inflation, No bonus for the worker bees. Company claims to be open but not really open to listening to its associates.

Good location and good work/life balance. If you have the right manager it can be a great place to work.

Cons

Leadership has constantly changed over the years. No strategic direction has ever lasted more than three years. There are many under qualified people who leach off the work of others.
