The people who work for this organization are dedicated and committed to trying to make it a successful organization.

Cons

Too bad senior management does not really listen to the 'little people'. They ask for ideas and input but if it does not align with their way of thinking....they just don't hear you.

A good work place. Lots of opportunity. Easy to move around between departments. Flexible work environment. Good people to work with.

Cons

Raises don't even keep up with the cost of living. Hardly any bonuses paid out the last 3 years. Overworked in some departments.
