most of the people are decent relatively diverse work from home days allow some people to work 100% remote main office in convenient spot for anyone who lives in Centreville, Chantilly, Herndon, Sterling, or Ashburn.

* bad salary * bad benefits * toxic work culture * absentee management * high employee turnover * micro management * draconian approval process for tiny expenses
