Really good people to work with. Safety first mindset. Really seem to care about the employees well-being.

Cons

Very little cross-training opportunities. People tend to get stuck in a role and get over-looked for internal openings.

Great Company, very flexible and great work-life balance. Mill employees from Europe were friendly and helpful.

Cons

They need a Customer Service Manager that cares about customers & actually train it's employees. No room for advancement.
