As a Finnish company people walk their talk. The work life balance is also very good. As an international company has a lot of career development alternatives.

Cons

There no much innovation as is kind of commodity business. Sometimes the best opportunities require you to be open to move travel abroad and so on.

Cons

Big company and slow and bureaucratic in decesionmaking. Sometime too hard minded and inflexible. Are reducing fix costs. Difficult to access responsible People.
