Well located, international colleagues, Finland working values, communication about the status of the company in the business industry is given to all company, nice integration parties, cool events like coffee day or natural cosmetics workshops.
Cons
Lack of organization, lots of unnecessary long meetings, lack of multicultural awareness, emotions rules over logic, limited career growth opportunities: no senior positions only TL and Manager is above. Trainings creation and improvements are being asked to the same position employees in order to get a pay rise at the end of the year, instead of providing the trainings and creating proper education procedures or materials themselves or hiring a special team to do that. (not in all the company, only this area)
