Pros
The company truly acts on the values they communicate to the shareholders. For me it is important to work for employer who is doing good things in a responsible manner and being honest with employees and customers. Work life balance is good, learning and development are encouraged and supported.
Cons
Like in all big corporations, processes and internal communication could be more efficient. In some business areas there were personnel reductions recently (related to market situation) but in others there is growth.
