Pros

Very welcoming and accommodating work environment. The people are nice and helpful, and are willing to teach you tasks or projects you never had before. Very helpful gathering times where full time as well as part time workers can hang out and get to know with one another. Very little tension between lower and higher position relationship.

Cons

The emergency or evacuating situation was compromised during my time working there. The hospital however is working their best to improve their security measures and workers are very happy and supportive in the new security measures.

Great people to work with, pay raises are not too bad, work load is only what you can handle and training is available for what you don't know or understand.

Cons

raises are only once a year, no room for advancement.

Pros

Very beautiful hospitals, new equipment, plenty of job opportunities, tuition advancement and corporate deduction on tuition.

Cons

Short staffed, RN's expected to care for 6-7 patients on a daylight shift or 7-10 patients on the night shift. Nurses and support staff are unhappy which makes for a difficult working environment. Patients with very high acuity on understaffed medical floors, ICU RN's expected to care for 3 critically ill patients.
