The way that the layoffs were handled was extremely disappointing. It was a very cowardly of letting people go. We shouldn’t have had to find out from the news and the fact that no one has sent any internal communications about it a week later is disgraceful. We were treated with neither dignity nor respect.

This is a very unethical, company that has favorites. To get promoted, you must play the office politics game or don't even expect a raise. If you have morals, be prepared to throw them out the door. Employees who are fake, corporate robots that do not help out other team members get treated to all the good perks, while the genuine and kind employees get targeted. They will then make up reasons to fire you. Save your mental health and do not work here.
