Co-workers were usually all on the same page; we got along very well, always tried to celebrate one another. Only three of the doctors in this particular office cared about their staff, and they showed it.

Cons

Stressful, some doctors didn't respect us, their staff, nearly as much as they did their patients. Some patients were racist and did not like being told what to do by someone of color. Management left us to struggle even though we continuously asked for help. Before I ended up leaving, we had 4-5/8 people quit, and we barely received any support.

Each floor has different management, so each floor is run differently-- personally my floor is fantastic. Flexible schedules you basically get create. Benefits are good!

Cons

Pay is not great for what we endure sometimes. Turnover is not great. Sometimes priorities are more looked at than employees wellbeing
