      Pros

      The only Pro would be job security. They have job security only because the turn over is extremely high...

      Cons

      Poor Management, Poor Pay, Poor Wages, Zero Moral, Very Few Paid Holidays, UPS is focused on Quantity rather then Quality or Customer Service. During peak season they work you to death. The turnover is ALWAYS HIGH!!! You only hear from Management when it's something negative. The pay is insulting!!! They don't believe in work life balance.

      Pros

      I absolutely loved working for UPS Brokerage in Aiken, SC. You were compensated well for your work. I made some very good friends there and everyone was always happy to help with anything I needed.

      Cons

      When it comes to attendance, you're just a number on a chart. No Doctor's notes were accepted and when it came down to Termination for missing 1 day to many, the person in management that terminated me did not have to, but he chose too. I was an excellent performer in all my reviews and adored my position.
