Pros
- Fun place to work - very enjoyable - A lot of support from my management team - My direct report manager is very flexible and accommodating. Does not micromanage and encourages creativity and ideas (not all managers are like this though) - Career Development - have always been able to learn and grow in any idea I was interested it. It was strongly encouraged and provides opportunities to move up and/or laterally - Upper Management - District Manager and up- very personable and accessible. - Tuition Reimbursement for continuing education - Very solid company with good foundation and always working on improvements
Cons
- Pay isn't the greatest - Same level outside of the company definitely pays better - benefits are a bit outdated, could do with a revamp
