Pros

Insurance is the best of any kind.

Cons

Promotion board is built more on who you know and how far that your buddy can get you when their in a office position rather than seeing the true work that loyal, sacrificing solider(s) give. It's disappointing, but true. All in all, get too know your soldiers, stand beside them, work with them and get to know them rather than just telling them.

Pros

There are very few requirements, and they will pay for all of your training (and clearance if you're in Intelligence).

Cons

Typically work 50+ hour weeks, with no overtime pay, and of course you may get shot at if you deploy.
