Pros

- Meet a lot of people - Chance to work with new technology - Good exercise without being strenuous - Mostly low-stress

Cons

- If you're an enumerator, be prepared to not quite work the job you signed up for. - Lots of walking, outside, in hot weather - Training period is asinine, stressful and discouraging - There is a chance you will be sent to unfamiliar or potentially threatening locations (but you can always tell your supervisor that you feel unsafe, and they are legally obliged to send you somewhere else)

Pros

We had a great group of people at our LCO. I worked for a manager who was fair and wanted to give everyone as many opportunities as possible. I met people from all walks of life. They pay for recruiting and crew leading was decent.

Cons

No benefits, no longterm potential, and too many rapid-fire changes issued from our HQ and regional offices.
