Temporary positions / No benefits / Very poor local managers Constantly changing and often senseless work procedures Job (Crew Leader) often cannot be completed in the permitted time per week Payroll is often messed up, with pay delayed for weeks in some cases No support from upper management for the people in the field Requires the ability to turn off your brain and just do what you are told Requires the ability to watch gross inefficiency and waste (time and money) without the ability to make changes
