      By the book procedures. Everything has a one way to do it. So really easy to memories procedures.

      Pretty decent pay for temporary work; advancement opportunities phenomenal; great community outreach; loved the fairness of the selection process;

      Cons

      Working in office could get catty; a lot of promotions were based on friendships; termination occurred too often

      Disrespectful to employees - not interested in innovation/new ideas (even on the smallest level); just do what you are told mentality (very antiquated management style) Nepotisim - professional advancement is low unless you have connections Performance reviews - REQUIRED signature BEFORE form was completed by the manager (essentially you signed a blank form, didn't have any opportunity to discuss, saw what you were rated AFTER approved by upper management -- really crazy/possibly illegal)
