Pros
It is supposed to give you the freedom to make extra money.
Cons
Very disorganized. Trainers are too stress to help you. Every time you call their headquarters they give you different information. Computers don't work properly and while you are stressed trying to learn. Some supervisors just sit on their chair doing nothing when they could be on the phone solving all issues presented during training with technical support. The last lazy supervisor today asked me why didn't I call the IT department. They are supervisor already hired to help not to tell people to do their job.
