      Peers make a great team building and utilizing ones's strengtgs, management operates differently.

      Cons

      Clickish almost bully like intimidating behavior from management.

      Pros

      Good on the phone; can read scripts and objectives from book without sounding like I'm reading. I'm a Natural on the phone. I get my point across quickly.

      Cons

      Downsides would be very loud noise that the customer can hear background swearing and laughing, which (to the customer) is unprofessional.

      Work/life balance: TONS of telework, & day off every two wks (w/ 9 hr day)...what more could you ask for?!!! Great facilities, impressive new building (built 2007) Generally friendly environment Outstanding tech support, they even have a center dedicated to new technologies and toys for all employees Opportunities for details in other sections and directorates

      Leadership lacks transparency, too guarded with information The org takes itself way too seriously...this isn't the FBI or CIA, people. Many question the loyalty of middle managers with their own folks (I hear this too frequently from good people) Too many with a sense of entitlement...annoying, considering the generous work/life balance and benefits!
