      Pros

      Good pay for a short term assignment. Some positions had flexible hours while others had a defined 40 hours. Plenty of training provided. Rewarding duty with defined results.

      Cons

      Short term assignment and sometimes was cut shorter with no notice given. Was not allowed to perform duties at local level without strict guidance from headquarters.

      Pros

      Pay is excellent compared to other similar type jobs. Job is very easy to do. Just follow instructions. Lot of contact with people. If you are a people person, this is an outstanding job. Would recommend to anyone needing employment. Helpful hint would be to apply for prospective positions at least a year before next Census starts.

      Cons

      Fed Govt job. Hence, you either follow instructions, or terminated. No real opportunity for advancement. Once Census is done, your are discharged. No benefits.
